Drunken dates

Drunken dates

Overview

There is a saying: Eat three dates a day and you will live forever. Red dates have high nutritional value. Once drunk, the mineral content of jujubes increases, containing 75 mg per 100 grams, making them more nutritious. Where there are dates, most people live longer, which is also inseparable from eating dates. Drunken dates can generally be eaten after the winter solstice. This is my first time making it, and I will try it out with a small amount this year.

  1. Choose undamaged and hard red dates and do not wash them (most of the dates bought in late October are candied dates, which tend to rot after washing, so wash them before eating)
