Potato Salad
Overview
Potatoes can not only be used in soups and stir-fries, but also in potato rice. They are truly a versatile vegetable. And most children like to eat potatoes! This time I tried to make a salad with potatoes. It is delicious, cool and refreshing, and rich in nutritional value.

Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in a pot until they break into pieces.

Take it out of the pan and crush it with a spoon into 70% pieces with some particles remaining.

Dice ham, carrots, onions, and cucumber.

Put butter in the pot and let it melt.
