Steps

1. 1 Pick fresh loofah flowers (male flowers)

   

2. 2 A little flour. For 10 to 20 flowers, about 2-3 spoons of flour is enough. Add a little salt. (The salt is melted in the water first) Add eggs and cooking wine. Mix into a flour paste. Dip the loofah flowers into the flour paste

   

3. 3 Heat up a large oil pan and fry

   

4. 4 Fry until golden brown
