Put the milk and water into a bread pan and add the egg mixture.

Put salt in one corner, sugar in the other corner, and sift in the flour.

Add yeast powder on top.

Start the kneading program of the bread machine and knead the dough.

Chop cranberries.

Knead the dough until it expands, add softened butter and knead evenly until a film forms.

Take out and divide into 5 portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape.

Brush with butter.

Sprinkle with cranberry crumble.

After the 5 pieces of dough are made one after another, stack them up.

Cut into strips.

Place in a bread barrel to rise until doubled in size, brush with egg wash and bake for 40 minutes.

Take out and let cool.
