Pour butter, milk, water, salt, and sugar into the pot.

Sift the cake flour twice.

Heat the pot over low heat until it boils, boil for about 40 seconds and then remove from the heat.

Pour sifted cake flour into the pot and stir evenly.

Continue to heat over low heat, stirring while heating to make the surface of the dough smooth, and turn off the heat when it no longer sticks to the pan.

Remove from heat, cool for a while, then add egg liquid in portions. Make sure the dough absorbs all the egg liquid each time you add it.

When the batter is shiny, the batter will slowly fall after being scraped.

Put the batter into a piping bag and pipe out a strip about 12cm long. Sprinkle again with powdered sugar.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Adjust the oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Finally, adjust to 170 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Do not open the oven halfway through.

Whip the whipped cream to make a cream sauce. Cut a slit in the bottom of the eclair and pipe the cream into the eclair.

Finally, decorate the surface with matcha chocolate sauce and raspberries.
