Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients and boil the water to cool down.
-
Add enough water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the sago and cook over low heat for 13 minutes (keep the pot at a low boil). Turn off the heat and cover the pot and simmer for about 7 minutes until there are little white spots in the center of the sago. Rinse with cold water.
-
Pour the washed sago into cold boiling water and put it in the refrigerator for later use.
-
Pour milk, coconut milk, light cream (optional) and white sugar into the pot, slowly heat over low heat until the sugar melts, turn off the heat and let cool.
-
While the coconut milk is cooling, peel off the red pulp from the grapefruit and set aside. Cut 1/3 of the mango pulp into cubes and set aside.
-
Put the remaining 2/3 of the mango pulp into a food processor and add the cooled coconut milk.
-
Beat into a fine paste.
-
Remove the sago and put it into a container. Pour in the coconut milk and mango paste and mix well. Add the grapefruit and mango slices (the flavor will be better if you refrigerate it).
