Fried pork slices with onions
Overview
1. Wash the lean meat and onions and set aside; 2. Shred the onions and set aside; 3. Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add an appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and oil and marinate for 2-3 minutes; 4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, and when the oil is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry. When the color changes, add the onions and stir-fry for about 2 minutes; 5. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate. Note: I chose lean meat that is not easy to fry. If you choose those that are easy to fry, the meat and onions should be fried separately.

After the pot is hot, pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the lean meat and stir-fry for a few times. After it changes color, add the onions and stir-fry together, and add some salt. (The smoke is too big and it doesn’t look good when taking pictures)

Don't stir-fry for too long. I don't like the taste of raw onions and prefer to fry them a little longer so they taste sweeter.
