Vinegar potato shreds
Overview
I originally like to eat hot and sour potato shreds, but the little girl at home doesn't eat spicy food, so I, a person who doesn't like spicy food, often make me want to make two flavors of food. However, it doesn't matter if my child doesn't eat chili, it can reduce the risk of getting angry. The little girl doesn't like spicy and sour potato shreds, but she really likes vinegar potato shreds. The white potato shreds always feel like there's something missing, so she adds a garlic sprout, a little pepper, and a little oyster sauce that children love to eat, and it tastes great.
