Sweet Potato Cream Flower Bun

It’s been a long time since I came to Gourmet World, and this is the first time I’ve posted a recipe. I really learned a lot about cooking here and became obsessed with baking. Cake and bread are what I make most often. I originally made purple potato bread this time, but I couldn’t find it after looking for it for a long time, so I used sweet potato instead! Haha

  1. Put light cream, milk, eggs, sugar, salt (sugar and salt are placed diagonally), flour, and yeast in the middle of the flour. In this order, put the panel bucket into the dough bucket to start the first dough kneading process.

  2. After the dough is kneaded, a slightly thicker film can be pulled out.

  3. Add butter and start the second dough mixing process for 30 minutes! After kneading, you can pull out a thin glove film. I forgot to take pictures of this step!

  4. Start the bread machine fermentation program for 1.5 hours.

  5. Fermentation is complete!

  6. Eliminate dough bubbles!

  7. Divide the dough into 7 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes.

  8. Take a piece of dough and roll it out thick in the middle and thin on the edges, then spread the sweet potato filling on it!

  9. Make it into a round shape!

  10. Flatten the dough and cut into shapes with scissors.

  13. After all the bread dough is finished, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for secondary fermentation!

  14. After the second fermentation is completed, coat each bread dough evenly with egg liquid!

  15. Put it in the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 150 degrees for 20 minutes!

  16. After baking, let the bread cool and put it in a plastic bag!
