New Orleans Chicken Cheese Balls
Overview
Today, a family of three went to KFC. They felt that the food there was getting more and more expensive, and they couldn't eat to their heart's content. Neither cooking oil nor food can make parents feel confident about giving it to their children. There are always reports on TV news that there are problems with some food and drink there. I am worried that eating that way will cause problems, so it is better to make it myself, so that my family can eat healthily and feel at ease.

-
Chop the chicken, add New Orleans seasoning, cornstarch, and peanut oil and mix evenly in a clockwise direction until it becomes meat glue. Easy to use as a wrapper for meatballs.
-
Take out the mozzarella cheese from the refrigerator, defrost and soften the cheese, then grate it and shape it into small balls for making fillings.
-
Place a piece of plastic wrap on the glass table. Sprinkle some flour on the plastic wrap. Spread the stirred chicken on the flour and press into a thin patty. Put mozzarella cheese in the middle of the chicken patty as a filling. Wrap the plastic wrap around and knead it into balls. Then fry it in the oil pan.

Turn on low heat and fry slowly until golden brown and take it out. Be careful! The meatballs are very hot inside, so don’t burn your mouth. This meatball is best eaten while it’s hot, and the taste is amazing!

The skin of some meatballs is a bit thin, and the cheese filling flows out when fried in the pan. The skin needs to be slightly thicker. Look... my mouth is watering!

This is my wife Su’s homemade dish: "New Orleans Chicken Cheese Balls". Brushed mozzarella cheese is good! ?
