I made tofu some time ago and have been trying to make tofu puffs, so I tried it and it tasted pretty good

Soak 100 grams of soybeans for half a day

Soaked soybeans

Grind the soaked soybeans into soy milk

Dissolve the glucose lactone in some warm water and make it into juice

Heat the filtered soy milk to 80°
