Braised rice

Beat the eggs and fry them into thick omelets

Wrap ham sausage in half a piece of seaweed

Spread a thin layer of rice on the seaweed, on the side closest to the body and the side far away from you, leaving one centimeter of space on both sides to prevent the rice from spilling when rolling the seaweed

Place the seaweed sausage roll on top of the rice roll

Cut the seaweed rolls into four equal parts
