When boiling, pour in the sifted flour all at once, stir until the flour is completely moist, and turn off the heat

When the batter has cooled down to a point where it is not too hot, add the beaten eggs in three batches and mix thoroughly until the eggs are absorbed into the batter before adding another batch
-
Put the batter into a piping bag, cut a slit in the front, and squeeze out a strip of about 10cm

Bake in the oven at 210 degrees for 15 minutes until the puffs puff up, then lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes until the surface becomes brown
-
Whip whipped cream with sugar
-
Use a piping tip to poke two holes at the bottom of the puff and pipe in the cream. Then, pipe cream on top of the puffs and add cherries for decoration
