Air fryer version of potato chips
Overview
I haven’t touched the air fryer in a while. One day, I suddenly came up with the idea of making potato chips. I have been thinking about making low-fried potato chips in my free time these days. Although it is still a little different from the ones fried in a pan, the final result is still good, and it looks much better than French fries without any oil. Looking at the golden potato slices, I felt quite proud, and suddenly I thought, since I got the fryer from Lock and Company, I have made a lot of unconventional things, so Lock and Switch should ask me to write a fryer recipe. . . . .

One medium potato

Wash and peel

Grate it into pieces with a grater
