Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the flour into a basin and set aside
-
Chop the butter and set aside
-
Dissolve the butter with half of the boiling water, then add the other half of the cold water
-
Add baking powder, salt and eggs and mix well
-
Knead into soft dough and let it rest for ten minutes
-
Knead the risen dough into a smooth dough by folding method, pick it up and smash it three times, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it on the chopping board to let it rise overnight (I made the dough at ten o'clock in the evening and fried it at seven o'clock the next morning)
-
When frying the next morning, touch the oil on the chopping board and spread out the dough!
-
Don’t touch the oil on top of the dough, spread it out like this
-
Apply oil to the knife (this will make it easier to pull the noodles apart)
-
Cut into small noodles, fold them in half, and press and pull them with your hands! (As shown in the picture)
-
Pour oil into the pot and heat it up! (Put the chopsticks into the oil and when small bubbles appear on the chopsticks, the oil is warm enough)
-
Put the fried dough stick noodles into the oil pan and fry until golden brown. Take them out to control the oil!
