Yogurt mango puree ice cream
Overview
The combination of fruit + yogurt makes the ice cream healthy without too much ice residue. It tastes like slush and is a summer ice cream worth trying.

One mango

Cut

Cross
-
Make horizontal and vertical lines on the mango flesh to make it into small pieces

I happen to have sea buckthorn flavored yogurt at home. Just use it. You can do it according to your actual situation.
-
Pour mango pulp and two-thirds of the pack of yogurt into a mixing cup. Use a cooking stick to puree until smooth.
-
Pour mango yogurt puree into the mold
-
Pour the remaining yogurt into the mold.
-
Insert the popsicle sticks. Put it in the refrigerator to freeze
-
It's frozen. When you want to eat, take it out and rinse the mold with cold water. Or cover it with your hands. Or leave it for a minute or two. Or cover it with a hot towel. It's up to you. But don't use brute force to pull it out, it's futile and it won't work well. Check out my finished product. It tastes good, and the key is that it’s healthier than the preservative sweeteners out there! !
