I went to the market to buy fresh crayfish, and the quantity was determined based on the number of people. I was alone and bought two kilograms (please understand that I am a foodie)

To remove the heads and devein of the shrimps, most sellers will kill them for you and then clean them when you go home (why didn’t I ask for the yellow shrimps? Personally, I feel that if you don’t remove the shells, they will never be cleaned properly)
