Ingredients
Steps
-
Make preparations before canning: first pick the wild strawberries, wash them with clean water, and wash them gently, otherwise the strawberries will rot
-
Wash the canned bottles prepared in advance and sterilize them with boiling water. Turn them upside down to dry them and set them aside
-
Boil water in a pot, then pour rock sugar into the pot and stir gently to dissolve. The amount of rock sugar is based on personal taste. When I make it at home, I put more sugar. I usually taste it. Wild strawberries are more sour. If there is less sugar, the taste will be more sour.
-
When the sugar has melted, pour in the washed wild strawberries, cover and bring to a boil, then cook for about 6 minutes
-
Put the cooked soup and strawberries into the bottles prepared in advance, quickly close the lid, and you're done. Sweet and sour canned strawberries are ready. Wait until it cools before eating, it tastes great.
