Overview
This is a simple pudding recipe that doesn’t require fish gelatin or gelatin sheets. It’s delicious just like that!

Steps
-
The bottle is leftover from the yogurt I bought in the supermarket. This kind of glass bottle is very easy to use~
-
Just heat the milk a little, mainly to dissolve the sugar.
-
You don’t need to do this step when it’s hot in summer. You can taste the sweetness yourself. I just put 4 small spoons in it and it’s almost enough.
-
Beat the eggs and set aside
-
When the milk is cool, mix in the egg liquid
-
Strain the milk 3 times and the milk will be quite fine (this method is also used for egg tarts, but the amount of milk is not so much)

Bottle
-
Steam for about 15 minutes. Don’t heat it too much. If the heat is too high, the milk will foam and taste bad
-
If you can't eat it, wrap it up and put it in the refrigerator. It will taste better when it's cool~
