Overview

Arrowroot is a commonly used ingredient in soups made by Cantonese people. It can clear the lungs and relieve coughs; clear away heat and diuresis, and can relieve coughs due to lung heat; and can relieve hot and painful urination.

  1. Preparation materials: water from meat and bones, crucian carp fried in oil and ginger slices, carrots and corn cut into large pieces

  2. Take a soup pot, put all the ingredients and an appropriate amount of water

  3. Cover and simmer for more than 1.5 hours

  4. After the soup is cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt and cook for another 5 minutes
