I usually peel out a lot of melon seeds and add them to yogurt. They are very crispy and delicious in my mouth. I just cooked 2 sweet corns today, so I peeled some corn kernels and added them in. This made the texture and taste richer and sweeter. My daughter said it was delicious after eating it.
