Although I am not a foodie who likes to eat noodles, that does not apply to all noodles. The noodles that I found very delicious were the Taiwanese beef noodles that I had when I visited Taiwan last time. The noodles were soft and chewy, and paired with the well-made beef broth, it was spicy and delicious, and I couldn’t stop eating it. It may be a little tricky to make, but the delicious taste is worth the wait.
