I love eating quinoa, especially the original quinoa, and I can’t get enough of it. Quinoa with fruit and yogurt is my favorite breakfast. Quinoa is hailed by international nutritionists as the lost ancient nutritional gold, super grain, and future food, and is listed as one of the top 10 healthy and nutritious foods in the world. During the Chinese New Year, I stayed at home and cooked all kinds of delicious food if I had nothing to do. I made some hard yogurt yesterday and used it to make a salad with quinoa today. I eat it by myself without adding sugar, and the yogurt is homemade plain yogurt. If you like it sweeter, you can add some sugar according to your preference.
