You can't eat so many kiwi fruits in one go and turn them into cakes. Better than throwing it away. I always thought that the kiwi would kill the yeast, but to my surprise, the batter actually rose up little by little, with small bubbles popping out. Place in the triangular rack of a sandwich maker to turn into triangular waffles.
