Simple version of bagels
I have been working on it for a long time, and I have collected at least a dozen bagel recipes, including original flavor and ones with various dried fruits, which are almost confusing to me š So, I decided that simplicity is the best, it is easy to use, and it also gives me a sense of accomplishment. I saw this recipe from two big names on Weibo. I took it as a reference from Chiaki Fujita. Thanks for sharing. I also tried the Taiwanese teacherās recipe, which used fresh yeast as the ingredients, but it was too slow and took a long time to ferment. You can also change it to ordinary low-sugar tolerant yeast. I donāt know why it always had pitfalls, so I gave up decisively. Awakeness is the key to success. 2/If you have this mold, you must also have the step of rolling it. Otherwise, it will be bumpy when it comes out. I have obsessive-compulsive disorder and will go crazy. Roll it slowly, the more you dry it, the faster it will be. 3/ I have never used sugar water. The malt extract I used is sold by Jack Ma. The ratio of sugar to water is based on other peopleās recommendations.

French bread
French bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with uneven texture and uneven distribution of bubbles. The recipe is very simple compared to bread, but personally I think it is also the most difficult. The oil-free and sugar-free healthy formula only contains salt and yeast, which can bring out the original flavor of wheat flour. I really like French bread and I donāt feel burdened to eat it any time. But so far, I still havenāt mastered the making skills of this bread very well, especially the cutting of the bread. Hey, itās really hard for me, and I canāt cut a nice pattern. Dear friends, please help me if you have any tips
