In our area, this shrimp is called rickets shrimp, perhaps because the shrimp's body is rolled up after being cooked. I really don’t know what the scientific name is. It is also called crayfish for the time being. This kind of shrimp is suitable for stir-frying. I do the same thing for spicy crayfish.
