Cranberry Muffins
Overview
After Thanksgiving, there were some cranberries left at home, and the jam was not as good as the turkey. Come to think of it, I might as well make a muffin. It has a unique flavor.

Flour, baking powder, baking soda, a little salt, cinnamon are ready in a large bowl.

Soften butter at room temperature.

Stir together sugar and softened butter.

Add eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest.

Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, add cranberry jam, and a little milk.

Put it into a muffin tray and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes
