Weigh the rice flour, low-gluten flour, white sugar and yeast into a basin

Add warm water and stir to form a paste.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.

After fermenting for 30 minutes, the inside is organized into a honeycomb shape, stir again and exhaust.

Pour hot water into the pot and steam for 12 minutes. After steaming, simmer for about 5 minutes before opening the lid.
