Overview
The salad I am teaching you to make today can be eaten by friends who are not trying to lose weight. Some friends say that this salad dressing is high in calories and should not be eaten when losing weight. I just want to say that there is no food in this world that will not make you fat. If you eat too much and don’t exercise, you will gain weight.

Place the Italian snail noodles in a pot under cold water, cover with a lid and cook. After boiling, stir with chopsticks to prevent it from sticking to the pot. Finally, turn off the heat and do not open the lid. Let it simmer for 15 minutes and it will cook naturally. The same goes for cooking spaghetti. If you use boiling water to cook it, it will take a long time.

Dice tomatoes, slice cucumber, lettuce and snails in a large bowl.

Prepare canned tuna and buy the kind soaked in water.

Be sure to buy this flavor of salad dressing, other flavors are too sweet and not tasty.

Drain the water from the tuna. Use chopsticks to break up into pieces and pour into a salad bowl. Pour over the kewpie salad sauce, add a little salt and sesame oil and stir evenly.
