I brought some dried artemisia from my mother. Although it is not as fragrant as the fresh one, it is very satisfying to eat it in winter.

Soak dried artemisia in boiling water, and when it's warm, add yeast and mix it into the flour.

Knead into dough and wait for fermentation.

It's ready if it's honeycombed.

Deflate the air, roll it into original size, and pinch it into a squeeze.

Pack red bean paste.

Wait for secondary fermentation. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes and simmer for 2 minutes.
