My daughter was clamoring to eat the biscuits I made, saying that her mother’s ones were delicious. So I made 2 kinds of biscuits in one night, one of which was button biscuits. Needless to say, it really looks like a button.

  1. Preparation materials: 310 grams of low-gluten flour, 150 grams of salted butter, 1 egg, 120 grams of marshmallows

  2. Add butter and marshmallows, place in a bowl, and soften with hot water

  4. Add low-gluten flour and knead into a dough, and refrigerate for 30 minutes (I did not sift the low-gluten flour, and it does not affect the taste)

  5. Take out the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out in batches, about 5mm thick

  6. Use a large piping tip to draw circles

  7. Use a small piping tip to lightly press in the large circle (don’t press too hard)

  8. Remove the rest of the dough, leaving a lot of round dough, and use chopsticks to poke holes in the middle (you can make 1 to 4 holes)
