Peanuts mixed with spinach
Overview
Spinach is rich in iron and can prevent anemia. Spinach has high oxalic acid content, so it is not advisable to eat too much at one time. Patients with nephritis and kidney stones should not eat spinach.

Remove the spinach roots and wash them, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, remove and drain, and let cool.
