Colorful bagels with pureed vegetables
Overview
I often make bagels, it is simple and quick, and because it has a solid and chewy texture, it is also a good choice as a staple food. Today I used radish juice to make colorful bagels. The finished product is very good, the color is very bright, and it is not inferior to the effect of pigments. Friends who are interested should try it together when they have time.

Steps
-
Purple and yellow carrots are steamed in water, then added with an appropriate amount of water and mashed into a puree. (Water must be added to a minimum)
-
Put the various dough ingredients into the container and mix evenly.
-
Knead the dough using the post-oil method until it is fully expanded.
-
Knead the dough of the three colors and let it rest for 5 minutes. Divide the dough of each color into 4 equal portions and roll them into balls.
-
Take a piece of dough, first roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin, then fold it from 1/4 into a long circle about 25 cm long. Tighten the edge, flatten one end, and roll the other end thinner. Wrap the flattened end with the other end to form a ring, and tighten the edge.
-
Preparation of three-color bagels: Take one piece of dough of different colors, divide each piece into three equal portions, and roll into long and thin strips. Take one piece of each color and make a three-strand braid. After braiding, round it into a round shape, the same as the original color bagel shaping method.
-
Another way to make colored bagels: use a rolling pin to roll one color into a long piece and wrap it in another color, and then wrap the outermost layer with another color. The shaping method is the same as the original color bagel. Because I did a lot of work today, the front part will basically be fermented after shaping.

After all the bagels are made, you can preheat the oven to 200 degrees, boil the sugar water, put it in the sugar water and cook both sides for about 30 seconds. (There is no need to remove the baking paper, it will separate naturally when cooking)
-
Once all the bagels are cooked, place them in a baking dish.
-
Place in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 22 minutes. (I baked two layers. If I bake one layer, the baking time can be shortened)
-
Out of the oven. If you want the color to be beautiful, just cover it with tin foil when baking and eat it by yourself. Taste is the first priority.
