Peel and cut yam into sections.

Add a spoonful of white vinegar to the water in the pot, bring the water to a boil, add the yam segments, blanch for one minute, remove and drain.

Make honey juice: two spoons of sugar, three spoons of honey, two spoons of orange juice.

Cook over medium-low heat until big bubbles form.

Add the yam section, add a dozen wolfberries, turn on the minimum heat and simmer slowly.

After about twenty minutes, when the sauce is thickened, turn off the heat and serve.
