Stir-fried water spinach stems with sour sauce

I ate water spinach last night and left the stems behind. So I used the water spinach stems to teach my friends how to make an appetizer.

Just keep the remaining water spinach and you can make an appetizer

Wash the water spinach stalks and cut them into 1CM lengths, cut the tomatoes and chop the garlic

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, add garlic and saute until fragrant
