Honey Roasted Banana
Overview
I have seen a method of grilling bananas: fry them first and then bake them. Why go to all the trouble and use two sets of equipment? Can't it be done by just baking it? Brush with a thin layer of honey and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. . . . Sprinkle salt? That’s right, sprinkle it with salt! Haven't you heard that if you want it sweet, add some salt? Salt and sugar complement each other. There is a hint of salty taste in the sweetness, which makes the sweetness more prominent without appearing monotonous. The bananas smeared with honey are roasted to a golden color, and the sweet smell is everywhere. Unfortunately, the bananas were a little overripe and over-roasted, so the color was not good enough. . .
