  1. Wash the swordfish, cut it into two sections (easier to fry), dry the water, and set aside!

  2. Heat the oil pan, put the dried swordfish into a non-stick pan, and fry over high heat!

  3. When one side is fried, turn the heat to low, turn over the knife-billed fish, and fry the other side! After frying the other side, turn off the heat and pour in the light soy sauce!

  4. Season to taste and it’s ready to serve!
