Overview

Last year, my relatives brought home-ground pea flour. I saw that it would spoil if I didn't eat it, so I made pea jelly. It’s really good to have a bowl of jelly on a hot day!

Steps

  1. Shred the cucumber and chop the millet pepper.

  2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pea flour and mix it into a paste. Pour it into the pot, stir slowly and cook until it bubbles. Let cool, put it in a crisper, put it in the refrigerator, and cut it into pieces.

  3. Pour the prepared juice onto the jelly.

  4. After the pea flour is cooked, place it in the refrigerator and then cut it into cubes. Please read the log for details. I’m new here and haven’t figured out how to post yet.
