Assorted Fried Noodles
Overview
When we are born, we are as plain as a blank sheet of paper. The reason why we can become colorful in the end is because we encounter all kinds of people and things. It is precisely the different personalities of different people and the different attributes of different things that prompt us to have different emotions to face them. It is also in this way that we can experience the various flavors of life! Just like this plate of fried noodles, if it only has noodles, it will be tasteless. However, when the ingredients are so rich, when you enjoy the finished product, the noodles no longer taste like tasteless noodles, but have the sour, spicy and delicious taste of other ingredients, making people eat it with relish! If you want to enjoy a colorful life, ignore the similarities and differences in the world! I wish all my friends can have a colorful life just like this plate of fried noodles!

Steps
-
Take a look at the Chaoshan meatloaf (there are many ways to eat this meatloaf, it is very delicious. I will post some meatloaf-related dishes later when I have time. You don’t need to use too much meatloaf in the fried noodles this time, just cut it into a small piece and cut it into small strips.)
-
catty of cold noodles (1 catty of noodles is the amount for 2 adults and 1 child. You can decide the portion according to the number of people in your family. Generally, half a catty of noodles is enough for one adult.)
-
Mung bean sprouts and shredded carrots.
-
Except for the noodles, wash all other ingredients and have them ready! Cut the meatloaf into small strips, peel the shrimps and marinate them with a little salt, slice the ham sausage, slice the chicken gizzards, shred the carrots, and cut the green onions into sections.
-
Heat oil in a pan.
-
Beat in eggs.
-
Fry the eggs slightly. (Frying the eggs first can prevent them from sticking to the pan.)
-
Pour in the meatloaf, shrimp, ham, and chicken gizzards.
-
Stir-fry the meat vegetables evenly and add the vegetarian vegetables, mung bean sprouts, shredded carrots and green onions.
-
Stir-fry all the vegetables.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.
-
Stir all vegetables evenly and add appropriate amount of water.
-
Add chili powder. (The amount of chili noodles depends on personal preference.)
-
Add noodles.
-
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.
-
Add cumin powder. (I didn’t know before that cumin powder can be added to fried noodles, stir-fried noodles or fried rice. It is added to the stir-fried noodles that Brother Bao makes for our mother and son. The taste is really improved to a new level, very delicious!)
-
Stir well and serve.
-
Remove from pan and plate.
