Steamed chicken drumsticks with chopped pepper and natto

Steamed chicken drumsticks with chopped pepper and natto

Overview

I found a recipe online to make chopped peppers. I grew my own red peppers, and there were only two of them, so I cherished the red peppers. The peppers were finally fermented, so I couldn’t wait to make steamed chicken drumsticks with chopped peppers. Natto was added to it, and the seasoning was oyster sauce and Korean sweet barbecue sauce. The steamed chicken legs were smooth and tender, and very delicious! A simple steamed dish with dishes from three countries, it really has an international feel!
