Overview
Cai Tuo Zi, the local name for it, is a pancake mixed with shredded cabbage. Some are also called Gua Tuozi. The origin of the word "piao", I think it may be the feeling that the batter is thin and muddy. There are vegetables, noodles, and eggs. In the morning, I have a piece of melon pudding.
