Cured Fish Soup
Overview
My family likes sea fishing, and we have been able to harvest some fresh sea fish every week recently. We bring a variety of fried, steamed and soup-based soups. First of all, there must be fish. I cook it for 3 people. I usually choose two or three finger-sized ones. Two or three pieces are enough. Cut the ginger into pieces and set aside.
