-
Cut the pork into 2 mm slices along the grain.
-
Add a small amount of salt, thirteen spices, starch, and an egg to the cut pork, stir evenly, and marinate for 20 minutes.
-
After buying the pineapple, soak it in light salt water for 1 hour and then cut it into triangular pieces.
-
Unroll the marinated pork slices, pat them with starch, then roll them into meat rolls and set aside.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt, white sugar, white vinegar, a small amount of water and starch to the tomato sauce, and stir evenly.
-
Pour oil into the pot, and when the oil temperature is 60% hot (measurement method: use a bamboo chopstick and place it in the oil, if small bubbles are quickly discharged around the chopstick, the oil temperature has reached), add the meat rolls one by one.
-
Fry until golden brown and take out.
-
Leave the base oil in the pot, pour the prepared tomato sauce, and stir constantly over medium heat.
-
When the sauce thickens, add the meat rolls and pineapple, stir-fry a few times, and serve.
