Pour the sago into the pot with boiling water, cover and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, stirring several times to avoid sticking to the pot. Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Sago becomes transparent. Rinse with cold water in a slotted spoon.

Peel and cut the mango into cubes, put part into a cooking cup and cut part into small pieces.

Add milk to the mango in the cooking cup and make juice.

Pour the mango juice into a bowl, add cooked sago and small mango cubes.

Mix well and sprinkle some mango chunks on the surface.
