Wash the green beans, remove both ends, tear off the tendons, and drain the water. Make sure they are dry, otherwise oil will splash out when frying the green beans, which is very dangerous.

Cut the dried chilies into small pieces in advance and pat the garlic with a knife and set aside.

Put a little more oil in the pot, fry the green beans over high heat for about three minutes, fry until the skin is slightly wrinkled, then remove and drain the oil.

Place on a plate and set aside.

After taking out the green beans, pour the excess oil in the pot into a bowl. Leave some base oil in the pot. Heat the oil and pour in the dried chili pepper and garlic. Saute until fragrant. Then pour in the taken out green beans and add a little light soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir-fry evenly.
