Country snack---Tart pancakes
Overview
The staple food in Linyi is pancakes, thin pancakes that are as thin as cicada wings and have a strong aroma of wheat. To outsiders, they seem to be a food that has no taste and is very difficult to bite. However, local people who are used to eating pancakes always bring a pack with them when they go home. I am no exception and brought some from home. I remember when I was a child, every time after making pancakes, my mother would leave a few pancakes at the end and serve them, folding them several times, until they were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, so delicious. . . . Now with the electric baking pan, everything has become simpler, but the deliciousness in the memory remains the same.
