Add 3 grams of baking powder to the flour, add water at a ratio of 2:1 and knead into a dough. Leave it for about an hour until the dough ferments

The fermented dough is divided into two parts

Take one of the dough and knead it thoroughly to remove the air

Roll it into thin slices, pour oil on it, lift it up and fold it, fully dip it in oil, and sprinkle fine salt on the surface

Roll up and cut into quarters

Then roll each one up to make a round cake

Dip both sides with white sesame seeds

Place it on a pan and cook until cooked through (either a non-stick pan or an electric pan)

Place in oven tray

Preheat the oven to 160℃ and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface of the sesame cake is golden brown
