The ingredients are ready. If you like spicy food, you also need two millet peppers

Cucumber slices

Cut the chicken into cubes, add the sliced ginger and cooking wine and mix well

Mince the garlic, shred the green onion, and chop the millet and pepper

When the oil is hot, stir in the shredded green onions. Don’t be like me and overheat the oil by chopping the minced garlic when the oil is hot😄

Then add diced chicken and stir-fry, add a little light soy sauce, millet pepper and stir-fry (add less light soy sauce so as not to affect the original color of the chicken), then add cucumber slices, add salt and minced garlic before serving (I usually don’t add chicken essence and MSG when cooking)
