Mama’s Garlic Ribs
Overview
Basically, all my mothers can cook pork chops. I remember when I was very young, my mother would make fried pork chops for me, and then I would eat it every day without meat. Later, my mother would only cook it for me once in a while to make me eat more vegetables. At that time, I thought this dish was so delicious and amazing. I can’t even remember how long it has been since I had food cooked by my mother. The main reason was that I didn’t have the chance to eat my own food. After I learned how to cook, I had to cook different dishes every day just like my obsessive-compulsive disorder. I'm going to do a big row today. It's very simple. I don't know why I found it so difficult before. . .
