Wash the soybeans and soak them in a little salt for a while

Drain the soybeans, spread them flat on a baking sheet, and place them in a ventilated place to dry

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, take it out and flip it, bake at 200 degrees for another 10 minutes and it will be done

It will become very crispy when cooled and can be used directly, or you can sprinkle it with salt or drizzle some soy sauce
